Why?

Why do I have to be so honest? I always have to open my big mouth. I find myself in situations where I keep apologizing for what I said. But then I wonder , why do I have to apologize for being honest? I get that some things have to stay private. But being honest is a part of me. It's one of those things people use to describe me.

Like for example: today something happened during class which my friend wanted to keep private. But me with my big mouth was telling that "something" happened. I didn't tell my classmates her name. And yet still she still heard it from people. And she wasn't to happy about it. Shortly after that she wrote a whatsapp message. And I instantly knew it was about me.

And that made me feel so bad. As honest and direct as I am I sent her message. I apologized for what I said. And promised her to never say something before thinking about it. And this wasn't even so bad. But it really got me thinking: " should I think before I speak? Do I need to shut my mouth at certain times? ". Of course I do. But I also think that it depends on the situation. For example : when I'm mad at someone I tend to say things that will hurt them. While in my heart I know I shouldn't. But at time I'm so angry, I really can't think straight anymore.

The reason I am writing this blog is because today we had interesting class. It was about our characteristics. And one the things people said about me that I was insecure and clumsy. And they were all right. I am insecure and clumsy but I'm also direct, disciplined and a hard worker. But our class mentor said something that really got to me. He said : " you can be honest, you can be tough, but be aware of the fact that you eventually will end up building a wall around you". I said nothing. But I instantly knew that this is what I've been doing for several years now. I need to learn to express myself more. People think I'm tough? I'm not. I pretend to be. People sometimes think I say thing for spite. I don't. I'm honest.

What I'm trying to say is "think before you speak". Word sometimes can cut like a knife.

Long time?

Hiii! How are you guys? I wanna know, since it has been such a long time I blogged! So what have I been up to lately? Well, my life is BUSY. Busy I'll tell you! School is just taking up all my time lately. And when I do have some time, I want to relax. So that's why I haven't been really blogging actively after the colgate review. 

But I'm thinking of just blogging randomly for really long time. But because I was previously blogging about beauty and all that kind of jazz. I really do not want to change that. So what do you guys think? Should I switch to daily random blogs, or stick to beauty ? Please let me know in the comments below!

So in september last year I started my a course at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam! And I thought that it was going to be really easy, little as no homework. But guess what? This bitch was wrong. Yes, I was. 

This course I'm following is called Media, Information and Communication. And I was like chillin' on the first day. I was like: " Hell yeah, I'm going to nail this" . But NO. This course is harder than thought guys. School is like busting my ass. I'm buried under my homework. That basically sucks.

I'll try to squeeze in a blog once in a while! Forgive me if ain't always updating! School is just one the important things in my life after work and family.

Whaduupp y'all! How are you guys doing? Well I'm fine, just to let you know! ;-) But let's get to the point. Today I'm reviewing the new Colgate line ( see : http://itsmefarhaa.blogspot.nl/2012/11/just-in-colgate-maxwhite-one.html ).

Let's start!

Colgate promises that within a week, your teeth will be one shade whiter. So below you see pictures of all of the new products!

What I think of the products? Okay, so I have been using the toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash for a week now. It really does make your teeth whiter, but for me it was just that first layer of yellowness on your teeth which it removed.

I think if you have to use it a little longer, your teeth will be much whiter. Also I loved that after brushing your teeth and using the mouthwash, your mouth really smells fresh. I have been using Aquafresh my entire life. And now that I tried the new Colgate line I really am considering using Colgate instead of Aquafresh.

All and all, I really loved these products. It really does make your teeth whiter, but to really see that, I'll just have to use it a little longer!

OMG! Where have i been?

Wadddupppp Everyone?

Hi. Shame on me. SHAME ON ME!! It's been a long time since we talked, blogged whatever ... Remember I told you I was gonna try to blog everyday? Well that didn't worked. Back with an all new ... RANDOM BLOG!

Well hello there! So since I have no inspiration to blog right. I thought I'm just gonna sit in front of my computer and just start writing. Just randomly talking about stuff. So what have I been up to the last few months? Well, first of school. Since I was trying to blog every day at that time, i really neglected school. And since this is my last year I really wanted to give it my all. I'm really sorry that I didn't wrote an update for you.


Also my aunt got married(YAY). So there was my aunt getting married, school, I also had to work obviously. So basically it was a very busy time. Also at that time I lost my inspiration. Don't know why, guess I just really was tired. And that's basically why I haven't really been blogging for the last few months. Thought you should know.


Anyway, I 'm back now. And I'm taking it one step at a time. Hope you guys understand. I haven't really blogged in months and now that I am back. And to then suddenly blog full time again, is really hard. So I'm taking it slow. 


But what i've been wondering, what have YOU been doing all those months? I'd really like to know! So go ahead and tell me in the comments!

What has been going on lately ?

Hi there my beautiful blogreaders! I know ... I know .. I haven't been quite active as much in the blogworld. Reason why? It started to feel like a burden. Like I was thinking; oh shit, I still need to write a post or something like: I have to write another post. So basically I was blog-tired. And wasn't enjoying it at all. But I have had quite a break, and lately I have been wanting to blog again .. 

I think I kinda owe you guys an explanation. Because I know there a few people who visit my blog on a regular basis. There aren't a lot of people, but I know there a couple. It's a handful of people! 

But I just wanted to say I'm sorry for not letting you know! I do tweet regularly (my twitter is: @FarhaaK ) .

Also I need your opinion on something. I have been thinking of switching to wordpress, just because the layout is prettier, you get much more widgets. My new years resolutions!

So I just watched Kandee's Johnsons new video. And she really inspired me She said start with the little things firt. One amazing quote from her I wanted to share with you guys: " You don't want to the poop of your past stink up your beautiful blossoming gardening the future". <3

So my new years resolutions are:
- eat more healthy
- lose weight
- give someone everyday one compliment

Been MIA for a while now, what's going on?

Confindence.

Do you know what it feels like ... When you have no confindence? When people ask you, what is the most beautiful thing about you? You and I say: I don't know, I don't like me! But when they ask you, what is the most beautiful thing about your friend? You can say what's beautiful about her. I'm not the only girl in the world who feel this way. There are tons of girls that have zero confidence. Don't feel good about their selves. Become depressed.

As of right now. I have given up on this battle. With me, this has been going on for years now. And I'm sick of it. Sick of everything. I just ...  I just give up. And you know. I didn't became this way just for fun. No. People made me this way. People who bullied me. People who called me names. Why can't they just understand me? I'm one of the people who doesn't show their feelings. Even when I'm sad. I pretend I'm happy. Why? I don't really know. Their is only person on this earth who knows about my feelings and that person is my best friend. She knows everything about me.

I don't know why everything feel so heavy. I'm sick of this. I need to get out of this. I need to lose weight. I wanna have a normal body type. I wanna feel happy.I wanna enjoy my life without being fat. Being fat has haunted me for more than half of my life. But no, not anymore. Not anymore.

I know, I know these days I'm like becoming a personal blogger or something. Hmm, that doesn't sound bad now, does it? Don't worry my heart still lies with make-up! Always have been though. Since I've been little hihi. I remember people always saying to me, you look nice, you're such a doll(literally though). I was a fat kid, and still am though.

Well I've been busy as always. Like there is school, work. I've been working my ass off, just to buy an iPad. Yes, I have to work for my money. I mean how awesome would it be if I could just run to the store an buy one. But no, I have to wait another two weeks. Cause I'll get paid then *wink wink*. Like seriously, while I'm writing this my phone has been vibrating like crazy. Like I set my phone to vibrate if I get an new mail, and it's been like crazy these few minutes. Oh well. What was I talking about? Oh yeah, school, work and all that boring stuff. I've been really busy, but somehow my life is quite boring though. Hmmmm ... Notice the fact, that I literally wrote what I was thinking at that moment. LOL.

I've been really, really tired though. I still have to get used to the school routine. Which is crazy by the way. Plus my work has been really bugging me, calling me if can work. I mean, I have a life too. I don't go clubbing, just cause I hate it. It's fucking annoying, people getting drunk, doing crazy shit. I don't like that. You can have just as much fun as when your not drunk(i think). So you know, I need to do some socializing too(lol). Anyhow.

OMG,OMG,OMG did you guys hear Demi Lovato's new album, Unbroken? That album is just pure amazingness. And yes, I'm a lovatic. Hollaarr! When I say amazing, I ain't kidding. I just can't stop listening. Like right now, I'm listening to it. This album is freaking worth buying. My favourite songs are: well every song haha! No, but when I heard Lightweight. Wauw my heart just connected. You can hear the pain in her voice. And you know, Demi herself struggled with the fact that she was bullied and people calling her fat. It caused anorexia, cutting, depression. And then there the people that over eat. Like me for example. I'm overweight, and I need to lose weight. But it's not that easy as it seems. Anyhow.

Hi dolls! Okay. So did you see it? The new blogger app for iOS? Well I did. And I think this freaking awesome. Like now I can edit my posts from my phone. Which is a huge plus for me. Cause you know I'm not behind my computer all the time. I have school. I have to work you now. And this app really makes my life easier. Honestly. Because as I'm typing this. I'm just sitting here on my couch. Being lazy. Cause you know. It's Sunday. Sunday is lazy day for me. I love this. I can blog from anywhere I want to. Hell yeah. Wordpress already had a app. That's why mainly I was thinking about switching to wordpress. But now I won't. Cause of this app hell yeah.

Red lips ... Kardashian Addiction? Or a fall trend?

Y'all know I love the kardashians. Like I'm kinda obsessed with them. Well their show actually. Which is obviously Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Obviously. So I have been watching that show every week. And there's something I noticed. The kardashians wear red lips very often! So I looked it up and found some pictures.  See that! Especially Kourtney! Lately Kourtney has been wearing really pretty make-up looks in the show! The Kardashians are definitely addicted.


But not only the kardashians, this is a fall trend. Red lips are definite must this fall! Like I love this and so does the runway! FALL TREND it is!
