Essie Spring - A french affair collection

China Glaze Crackle Collection 2011

Hi there! Who doesn't love nailpolish? I love, love, love it. To be honest ... I like China Glaze polishes, but I'm not in love with them. Because for some reason the darker colours seem to apply better, and dry faster. It's weird, right? It may just be me. Okay, so I got Sunset Sail from the Anchors Away collection. When they deliverd it, I was like so excited. Who wouldn't be? I tested them out, and turns out I have to apply like 3 coats of Sunset sail. I mean, I don't mind putting on 3 coats. But usually nailpolishes cover at 2 coats. And it didn't dry as fast as I expected, but that is just me!

Anyway, this collection is going to be so AWESOME! If I may use that, haha! So they are coming with crackle polishes. OPI has them in the collection, and I think it's so pretty. I personally love nail art though. They are releasing 6 crackle polishes. In the colours :

• Lightning Bolt(White)
• Black Mesh (Black)
• Broken Hearted (Pink)
• Cracked Concrete (Grey)
• Fault Line (Purple)
• Crushed Candy(Teal)

So basically what you do is : apply your favourite nail polish, that isn't a crackle. Wait till the nail polish you've applied is dry. Then you apply one of the crackle nail polishes. Hi! As always all the brands release spring collections. And Tarte Cosmetics has also released an small, but beautiful collection. And i haven't tested any of the products of the collection. But there is one product which seems so amazing! 


So enough with the talking(or typing for that matter, haha). Let's go to the collection ! 

Smooth operator Amazonian clay illuminating serum

So as you already guessed it's illuminator. But it's not like other illuminators. Because it has this special ingredient, which is amazonian clay. Dark circle defense natural under eye corrector (With Brush!)

This under eye concealer is supposed not only cover your dark circles, puffiness, redness and fine lines. But it's also supposed reduce all of the above. Available for light to dark skin.

LipSurgence natural lip luster


The LipSurgence natural lip lusters are basically jumbo lip pencils(think NYX jumbo eye pencils). That give a huge amount of colour and it also hydrates your lips.Available in the colours :

• Fever - an hot red
• Buff - an pretty nude, suitable for everyday

NeutralEyes, natural eyeshadow palette.


The NeutralEyes palette has all the neutral eyeshadows you need for an everyday look. Provocateur Amazonian clay shimmering powder

China Glaze - Anchors away spring collection 2011

Hey everyone! I know, i know. I haven't done posts like this in a while, but i'm back full time and i'm  going to try my best to post 1 post every day. So when you ask someone about nail polishes, every beauty addict is going to say either China Glaze or OPI. Or at least i would. So this collection from China Glaze is already in the stores. I don't know whether their available in the Netherlands, but if they are check out the DA drogist. My dutchies know what i'm talking about. For the USA check out Sally beauty, i know they sell china glaze for sure.

The name of this collection is Anchors away(you may have guessed that already! LOL). The colours are really pretty and there are neutrals and brights. Personally i'd go with the brights. Just because the brights stand out and i love bright nail colours. Sometimes i even wear red in fall. Oeps! Anyway these are the colours from the collection :

NARS spring 2011 collection & I'm back baby!

Hey everyone! I'm back! Told you i was going to be blogging in the new year! Well, actually i wasn't entirely back in the blogging business last week. But that was because I was sick. You might think: sick? again? Yes, again. Wich isn't really healthy at all. But like the two weeks before 2011 i was completely recoverd. I was up an running again. Then i worked fulltime for.Two weeks at a row, 5 days a week. Boy, let me tell you. It's exhausting! And i am not even talking about the fact that i got sick because i was working so hard. Anyway ....

NARS soon is releasing a new collection. A spring collection. And it's really colourfull, but it has neutrals at the same time. Want to know more? Well, keep on reading!

NARS is releasing trio eyeshadow, duo eyeshadows, soft touch shadow pencil, lipgloss, lipstick, pure matte lipstick and nail polish.

The trio eyeshadow in the colour Calanque. Wich is limited edition. And costs $45,00.

The duo eyeshadows in Bateau Ivre (Limited Edition) and Nouveau Monde. The price is $32,00.
The soft touch shadow pencil in Celebrate and Hollywoodland. Wich costs $24,00.

The lipglosses in Angelika,Nana and Superorgasm. The price is $24,00.

The lipstick in the colour Tzigane. Wich also is $24,00.
