Mini Drugstore Haul

Hey everyone! So yesterday I was at a drugstore and I picked up a few things that I wanted to show you guys. Don't worry, it's not going to be such a long post as my previous collective haul. Just five things I picked up, and said hey I need you haha!

So my hairbrush broke, and I simply just needed a new one. It is anti-bacteria, and I believe it was only €4.99.

Well, some nailpolish remover! It ain't that exciting. Just needed some more and I bought it. I think it was around €2,99 or something.

Some anti-dandruff shampoo, which was necessary. Because, yes, I have dandruff. And it was annoying me. So I bought an anti-danfruff shampoo which was only €2.49 if i'm right!
And I also bought two new nailpolishes. NYC in 236 Greenwich Village and MNY in 265. And will someone help me, my nailpolish collection is getting out of hand, haha!

I also bought three masks, and a bronzing cream from L'oreal. Can you believe that those masks were for three for €2.99 and the bronzing creme from L'oreal was only €4.85. Crazy ha?

Anyway this was my mini drugstore haul, I hope you liked it. And next time I'll film it, promise!

My three new Catrice Nailpolishes + Swatches

So last weekend I went to the movies with my best friend, her sister and my sister. We went to Dam Square, which is like 15 minutes from our house. And of course I needed to check out if Kruidvat had some new Catrice nail polishes. Because Catrice is drastically renewing their collection, and there are some great products. There is gonna be an whole post dedicated to Catrice, so be on the lookout.

Anyway, I went to kruidvat and halve of the stellar was like empty. There only were a few nail polishes left and some eye products. And I decided to buy three polishes, one of them I already wrote an NOTD of. So I bought: Let's mauve on,Sweets for my Sweets and MAN, go tango!

For swatches of let's mauve on go to my NOTD post: NOTD- Oh, mauve on! .

Sweets for my sweets:

And Man, go tango! :

I love these nailpolishes. Especially the orange one, it will be perfect for queensday! These were only €2,49 at kruidvat!

OMG, Urban Decay in the Netherlands!

OMG, OMG URBAN DECAY IS FREAKING COMING TO THE NETHERLANDS! Yay,yay yay *jumps up and down*.  So, the people in the Netherlands may have heard this already, but I'm still going to post something about. I just couldn't resist!

So Urban Decay will be available from May, and we get the whole collection. But we have several Sephora's and the whole is only going to available in Den Haag(the Hague) and Rotterdam. The other Sephora's such as Amstelveen and Almere(and a lot more), it will be available. But only a small collection of products.

Anyhow, I'm still so excited that Urban Decay is going to be sold here. No more online purchasing, yay for that! And as soon as it's available I'll be taped against the window there *crickets*. So yeah, be sure to check out Sephora in May ! EDIT : Urban Decay is in the stores as of monday 18th of april at sephora!

Love,

Farha

NOTD - Oh, Mauve On!

Hey everyone! Back again with a NOTD, and this it's a polish from Catrice. Like I'm love with these nailpolishes, they are €2,49. And they cover so good! I applied two coats, no base- and topcoat. Just two coats of the "bare" polish.

Without flash.

With flash.

Oh come on, let's mauve on!

Catrice nailpolishes are available at Kruidvat. All by all, I love nailpolishes from Catrice. The coverage is really good, it is budget-proof!

Love,

Farha

Cheer Up!

Hey everyone! We have all have those days when nothing is right, right? I mean I sure do. And today is one of them, nothing is right at this moment. Not my internship, not my school and not everything.

And I thought instead of writing an post about make-up, why not write something that will cheer everyone up! Because if did write about make-up, it's gonna be one those posts where you simply don't wanna read it at all.

It's not always going to be right, I'm not perfect. Neither are you, nobody is perfect. Just keep that in mind. This is for everybody out there, who is feeling a little off today: You are beautiful, loved,  and strong. So CHEER UP! It's gonna be OKAY!

Ever heard about Lisa Simon?

Well do you? Have you ever heared about this brand? Well, I surely didn't, until I came across this website where they sell the products.  And I was like, hmm these products could be amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't find a website, but at http://www.beautyhabit.com/ they exclusively sell their products. Read the quote below. that describes Lisa Simon more:

So here are 5 products from Lisa Simon:
"Lisa Simon has always been attracted by India, this colourful and complex country where women are beautiful and imagination knows no boundaries. Her readings and travels have nourished a very personal vision of this long-dreamed-of country, between modernity, spirituality, elegance and tradition. Her range pays tribute to the astonishing know-how of Indian women, who make western luxury their own, while keeping faithful to their traditions. "

Wedding Day, sold for $72,00.  "In India, the ritual of marriage is a hymn to beauty. The young bride will be devine for this sumptuous ceremony. Wedding Day is a gel-mask bursting with exceptional ingredients. The precious Amethyst complex, a truly "gem active" (amethyst powder, pink tourmaline, wild indigo) leaves the skin sublime with radiance and awakens the cells of well-being."

Sacrament of the Senses , sold for $85,00." The day is dawning on Benares, the Ganges is sprinkled with golden light. Oil lamps, accompanied by prayers, are gliding on the river. Sacred water flows between the fingers of women whose bracelets catch the early sun. "
Palace Pleasures , $85,00. "From Madras, the Spice trail runs like a path towards absolute serenity. Wherever the eye looks, a lush jungle spreads between fragrant plantations and mysterious forest."
Sumptuous Sari, sold for $85,00. "Indian women are adorned with silk and gold, as though it were their nature. Their swaying wave animates their saris with silky shimmers, their jewels accompany the rhythm of their slow and supple movements, their natural elegance fascinates and dazzles."
Monsoon Season, sold for $115. "A frangrance for the body created by perfumer Olivia Giacobetti. When monsoon comes to Kerola, watery skies become on with eart and rivers. It is the perfect moment to pamper oneself; souls are pacified, thought purified."

So that were all of the products I selected myself. Of course there are more products, but I couldn't a site for this brand *sad face*. And it is kinda expensive, but I think (though I haven't bought or tested yet) in the end it's worth it. And this concludes my post for today. All of these you can buy from http://www.beautyhabit.com/ .

Love,

Farha.

So here is what's new, and what you can expect an post about!
  • Two of my favourite budget brands, are renewing their collection. Essence and Catrice. There are going to be lots of add-ons to their collection. Such as new foundations, concealers, nailpolishes. It is suppose to be in stores already, but not all Kruidvat's have it.
Latest launches:

  • Benefit B. Right Skincare
  • China Glaze, Island Escape Collection for summer
  • Guerlain, Automatic Rouge Lipstick
  • Bobbi Brown, Extra Repair Foundation SPF 25
  • Lorac summer collection
So that was pretty much it. I'll try to buy some stuff, if it's available here in Holland. If not, expect an post on the launch! Oh, and I'll definitly buy some Essence and Catrice! So that was my short update! I hope I'll get my laptop back soon *fingers crossed*, because trust now I have a lot to write about! I'll talk to you soon!

Love,

Farha
